My yesterday Conversation with a new customer for MapKing (Chinese lady)...

The phone is ringing...every staff has a meeting with our big bos...nobody @ my department...i have to pick up the phone..

me : hello..good morning...MapKing...can i help u?

Chinese lady : hello! (she raise her voice in de beginning of our conversation)
I want to buy MapKing bla...bla...bla.....bla...bla...

me : May I know who's speaking?( she juz ignore my question)...the person in charge is not here at this moment, can..(she cross what im trying to say)

Chinese lady : What????there is nobody in ur office...so funny...what's time now?Where are they?

me : Miss..please dont get wrong....all staff have a meeting right now includes the sales person...so..i cant pass ur call to them...

Chinese lady : owwhh...that's mean they have a meeting...then..they dont want to make a business wif me la...(still raise her voice)

me : no..no..no...we're try to serve our client in the best way...as i said before..the person in charge is not here...can u call back after half an hour?

Chinese lady : hey..i want to buy ur product ..why should i call????

me : errkk...ok...nevermind..im sorry....please give ur contact number...and let them know...i will make sure our sales executive will contact u back after this...

Chinese lady : 012-xxxxxxx

me : ur name Miss?

Chinese lady : Miss Chan

me : thank you for calling

terpaksa pass dekat Stanley Sum....igt nak pas kat Zane Yap coz Zane Yap ganaz sket...memandangkan Zane Yap masih mengadap bos..pas ke Stanley je la...tu pun..minta Stanley call terus...ntah..ntah..ckp ngan staff laki..terus je jd lemah....fenin...fenin....dah la br nak beli...kerek x agak2...lain la kalo dah selalu beli...macam la nak beli byk sgt......!!!!
