Let's cook with me..just a simple recipe and a light dish..suitable for the whole family!
The ingredients :
500 gram fresh pomfret (just guess..donno the exactly weight..hehehe)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white or blackpepper
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
3 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 shallots, chopped it up
1 1/2 inch ginger, minced...i used a lot of ginger..love it's smell..
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
Cilantro & Chinese Celery or 'Daun Sup n Bawang' in Malay..pheww
Rubbed both side with salt and then sprinkled minced ginger, garlic and shallots above it..
at the mean time, get prepared and boiled some water in steam pot...put them on hot-steamed pot when the water boiled...close for a while about 10 to 15 minutes until the fish cooked well...
Mixed the 3 sauces together..and stir..
added in the sauces...
seasoning it with blackpepper and Ajinomoto as well...
if u dont like to add in Ajinomoto, it's okay!
Meanwhile, brought the oil mixture (Olive and sesame oil) to a boil before pouring it over the fish...
Garnished with Cilantro and Chinese Calery...
the aroma of steamed fish would be nice and tempting!

Extra dish of de day...Squid deeply in hot-spicy Malay Sambal...
