Thomas Cup : He Tried To Give The Best But He Can't Beat Lin Dan's Wisdom

As a badminton fan, this week is full of enthusiastic and become too emotional while watching the match especially when Malaysian players fight their opponent from the other team....I miss to see during Malaysia against Japan but most of the comments said..that was very unpredictable result cause Malaysian team is more better than Japan..what to say anymore..Sho Sasoki become a superhero for Japan and bring Japan to win over Malaysia 3-2 in a group tie on last Tuesday...Malaysia used to win this match...despite of Japan is not our favourite team but Choong Hann and Hafiz Hashim performed poorly against Sho Sasaki and Shiji Sato respectively and it raised doubts that they still have it in them to fight for Malaysia In the Finals....

Come back with a match against Denmark on Wednesday for quarter-final, it seem likes our players try to gain back their spirit..lost to Japanese opponent yesterday but it was like a wake-up call for them...They did better against Denmark and of course I were too exciting when saw the match between our second Man Double pair - Mohd Zakry/Hoon Thien How, a scratch combination actually after Faruzizuan had been rested for a while with a reason unstable emotion... rumour said that there was something happened on the court between him and Malaysian supporters...come on bro..you need to be more professional..every Malaysian people want all of you win this competition..it's very common in sport games...

At first, really sure everybody was underestimate the capability of Hoon Thien How...but it just like a miracle when this young man who never been in this huge badminton competition..did very well and all out on that day to assist Malaysian team...everybody scream loudly including me...it was very exciting moment and make my heart pound very fast.. and i thought he gave us more points and perform better than Zakri..however, they lost to Denmark's pair in rubber set but very proud with their performance!

And for this quarter final also show that our players especially Malaysia world No.1s Lee Chong Wei and Koo Kien Keat-Tan Boon Heong easily win against their opponent...and Hafiz Hashim finally lived up to expectations by beating Joachim Persson 21-12, 21-10 in the decisive match to take Malaysia to the semi-finals.

Yesterday at my office, everybody just talk about Thomas Cup...since we are too closed to Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil, some of them try to get a ticket to be a part of..but unfortunately..it's already sold out...same goes to this coming Sunday! We just make some conclusion..If Chong Wei lost to Lin Dan this evening, it hard to Malaysia to go to Finals..but still put on hope for our Man Double....

When 6' o'clock...wow...everybody leave the office quickly....and I like wanna to scream in the car when stucked in traffic jammed even i'm already pay RM1.60 for a toll..hahhaha...all my prediction were wrong...yeah...i need to be at home before 7pm to see this Semi-final....and I just reached home at 7.30 pm...pity me huh!

After a first game we lost to China....I hate to see Lin Dan face expression..and he becomes so annoying sometime...too arrogant on court...!!!!! Lin Dan makes Malaysia's Chong Wei look like a novice in his own backyard in front of a thousands of delirious home fans...and his tactic, to win a physiological war against Chong Wei, succeeded...

The supremely confident Lin Dan pulled off a stunning 21-17, 21-8 lop-sided win over Chong Wei in 47 minutes to get the crucial first point for China in this semi-final tie of the Thomas Cup Finals.....much was made out of this clash between the world's two best players but, in the end, only Lin Dan enjoyed himself to the fullest -toying with Chong Wei with such ease and control....

Taking off his shirt and performing a break dance after won the match...

asked whether taking off his shirt was a ritual celebration for himself, Lin Dan said this time he took off to see whether he was a muscular like before or not.....ceh!!!

His fans can look forward a similar celebration if he takes down Taufik Hidayat when China meet Indonesia in the final tomorrow...

Hmmm...which team I want to support????

And our Chong Wei just lay down after failing to return back the shuttlecock...

This women world No.1, not only has won the hearts of Chinese by winning most of the badminton tournament matches but also Lin Dan's...and both are great badminton players...

And for Malaysian Team especially our chief coaches..admit that China more powerful and better than us...China proved that they have a better teams than ours..and China's players showcased better quality...our players tried their best but they were simply not good enough to beat China players...they were faster and possessed great speed...absolutely true!!!

By de way...good job to all Malaysian players...

try harder in 2 years...win back our Thomas Cup after Rashid Sidek and his team done in 1992..please bring back home our Thomas Cup..Malaysia have not won the Cup for 18 years...
